Federal WH-347 and New Jersey MW-562 are built from approved hours for a project and week, with the Statement of Compliance and a signature line. Both are in beta today, and other state forms are not covered yet. The monthly AA-202 workforce report is in beta alongside them.
G702/G703 payment applications with retainage and change orders are standard, filled from your project numbers. Upload the engineer's Application for Payment form once and the certificate prints with their exact wording. You can send a pay app to the client as a share link — no client login, you see when it is viewed, and you can revoke it.
Not today. There is no accounting sync, public API or Zapier connector. What you can do: export the pay period as CSV, print or PDF every document, and send documents as links or email. If you need a specific connection, tell us what has to flow where — we build against real requests.
Access is controlled by 90 granular permissions with eight role presets, screen by screen, and each company's data is isolated. The activity log records who did what, and you can sign out any device from your account settings. Files and photos live on Amazon S3; billing runs through Stripe, so we never hold card numbers.
