MarkoutPro does not sync with your accounting package yet — and we would rather say so than show a logo wall. Here is exactly how data gets in and out today.
What you can bring with you
The documents a contractor already has — the engineer's bid sheet, the 811 ticket email, your own subcontract — go in without retyping.
Bid schedules — CSV, Excel or PDF
Upload the engineer's bid sheet. MarkoutPro finds the columns, reads the units, keeps the base bid and the alternates apart, and drops footers and legal prose. You pick the lines before they land in the estimate.
NJ One Call ticket emails
Paste the 811 ticket email, or drop the file, on the markout form: ticket number, dates, address, intersections and notified utilities fill in.
The engineer's Application for Payment
Upload the form you are asked to sign, as PDF or Excel. The certificate on your pay app prints with that exact wording. MarkoutPro never invents certification language.
Your own subcontract template
Upload your .docx once and confirm what each blank means. Every contract after that is filled on your paper — letterhead, numbering and clauses untouched.
Photos and camera scans
Work photos from the phone, and delivery tickets or signed forms scanned to PDF on the spot — attached to timesheets, punch lists and field measures.
What leaves the app, and how
Everything prints. The pay period exports. Documents go to clients and subs as links or email, with your name on them — not ours.

Payroll CSV
The pay period as a spreadsheet — hours by type, rates, gross pay and days worked per employee — for whoever cuts the checks.
Share links, no client login
Proposals, pay apps, invoices, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, field reports and more — 17 document types — as a link that expires in 30 days by default, counts views and can be revoked.
Email with your logo on it
Share links, bid invitations and the day's to-do list go out branded with your company name and logo, with the reply going to the person who sent them.
Word contracts
Subcontract agreements generated as .docx files you can open, edit and send from Word.
