RFIs, submittals & project document control

The paper trail, without the paper.

When there is a dispute, the job goes to whoever has it in writing. MarkoutPro keeps RFIs, submittals, transmittals, punch lists, drawings and correspondence attached to the project they belong to — due dates on the open items, review cycles on the shop drawings, and a directory of every client, GC, sub and supplier with their insurance and paperwork on file.

RFIs

Ask the question once and keep the answer. RFIs carry attachments and a return-by date; when that date arrives and the RFI is still open, it shows up under Due Back in the bell.

Submittals

Shop drawings and samples move through draft, submitted, approved, approved as noted, rejected or resubmit — with the revision number — without falling off anyone's desk.

Custom transmittals

Numbered transmittals for whatever you are sending — drawings, samples, letters — kept with the project and printed with your company on top.

Punch list

Items with photos from the field, a note when each one is done and who closed it. Print it, download it or share it with the GC as a link.

Project documents

Every plan, permit and photo in one per-project repository — uploaded straight to the cloud, findable when the inspector asks.

Contacts & paperwork

Clients, GCs, subs and suppliers by name or by company, with their documents attached. Green means paperwork on file, a red edge means something expired — and expired documents show up in the bell.

Share links

Send any document as a link — proposal, pay app, RFI, submittal, punch list, contract, field report, 17 kinds in all — with your company logo on the email. Links expire in 30 days by default, count views, and can be revoked.
