Daily timesheets
Stop chasing paper on Friday. One sheet per day per job: hours by task for each employee in regular, overtime and double-time columns, equipment and rental hours, materials by quantity and unit — filled out on any phone. A task the foreman adds on the fly waits for the office to review it.
Work photos & scans
The proof lives on the day's sheet. Photos are shrunk in the browser and uploaded when the sheet saves; delivery tickets and receipts get scanned with the phone camera into a clean PDF. If an upload fails you tap Try again — nothing already saved is lost.
Field reports
Daily construction report, site safety report and equipment inspection checklist, launched from the same sheet with the day's weather already filled in. Each one prints, downloads as PDF and shares by link.
Crews & approvals
Set up crews once so the foreman picks a crew, not twelve names. The office approves each employee's hours in Payroll, sees who approved what and when, and a sheet edited after approval is flagged for a second look.
HR Daily
Know where every hand worked today without calling around — one card per person with their hours across every project, printable for the whole day or for one job.
Payroll
Pick the pay period and the numbers are there: regular, overtime and double-time hours, the rate from each employee's position, gross pay and days worked. Export the period as CSV for whoever cuts the checks.
Certified payroll Beta
Prevailing-wage jobs without the Friday scramble. Federal WH-347 and New Jersey MW-562 reports built from approved hours for a project and week, with the Statement of Compliance and a signature line. In beta today; other state forms are not covered yet.
Time off
Vacation, sick days and other time off on the record per employee, paid or unpaid, so payroll and the daily picture agree.
